Frequently Asked Questions
Can meals be tailored to meet my campers special diet needs?
Yes, in most cases (allergies, gluten free, diabetes) we can work with any dietary restrictions.
It is helpful for the kitchen staff to know the details ahead of time.
What will the weather be like?
Potosi is typically 10-15 degrees cooler than the temperatures in town.
Do I need to bring my own linens?
Yes, please bring your own towels and bedding for camp.
Will my camper be warm enough in the winter?
Yes, all our cabins and meeting spaces are heated and will be quite comfortable.
Can my group do our own cooking?
No, we can not allow self cooking groups with our set up.
Does the camp have wifi?
Yes.  Upon arrival the group leader will be given the password and they can decide how to distribute it.  It becomes less reliable and slow when multiple devices are using it. We are on a limited data plan and as the data depletes, the slower it gets.  Please do not plan to come to camp and download material.  Wifi availability can not be guaranteed.
Will my cell phone work at camp?
Cell service is very limited in camp.  There is a land line in the kitchen for emergency use.
